Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Craftrovebyt. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 7 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible: the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Some types of products (e.g. downloadable goods, custom / personalized items) cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

3. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or replacement because of defect or damage, contact us and we’ll arrange it.

  • You may need to pay additional shipping for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

4. Defective / Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately (within 7 days) with photographic proof.

  • We will cover return shipping in this case and either replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping).

5. Return Shipping

  • To return an item, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs, unless the return is because of our error.

  • Include all original packaging and tags.

6. How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us at: craftrovebyt@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions / return authorization.

  3. Ship the item back to us at: 25 Catherine Drive, Barie, Ontario.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized goods.

  • Downloadable digital products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked “Final Sale.”

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank / payment provider.

  • Then contact us at craftrovebyt@gmail.com, and we’ll investigate.
