Thank you for shopping at Craftrovebyt. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
You have 7 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible: the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Some types of products (e.g. downloadable goods, custom / personalized items) cannot be returned.
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
If you need a different size, color, or replacement because of defect or damage, contact us and we’ll arrange it.
You may need to pay additional shipping for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to our mistake.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately (within 7 days) with photographic proof.
We will cover return shipping in this case and either replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping).
To return an item, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs, unless the return is because of our error.
Include all original packaging and tags.

We’ll provide instructions / return authorization.
Ship the item back to us at: 25 Catherine Drive, Barie, Ontario.
Some items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized goods.
Downloadable digital products.
Gift cards.
Items marked “Final Sale.”
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank / payment provider.
